Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Barista who is passionate about coffee and has a deep understanding of the art of brewing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced coffee environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to consistently create delicious and visually appealing beverages.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, adhering to our quality standards.

Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.

Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the coffee preparation area.

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, creating a positive experience.

Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

Restock and organize supplies, ensuring the availability of ingredients for beverages.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.

Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing methods, and product knowledge.

Uphold company policies and procedures related to food safety and customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume coffee shop or similar setting.

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent.
