Join our team at Stoned as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our fast-paced restaurant operation. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our delicious food reaches our customers promptly and safely, contributing to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Timely and Safe Deliveries: Drive safely and responsibly to deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

  2. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers during deliveries, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  3. Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure they are complete and accurate before leaving the restaurant, and verify that all necessary utensils and condiments are included.

  4. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and safe condition, reporting any issues to management promptly. Ensure that the vehicle is fueled and ready for deliveries.

  5. Navigation: Familiarize yourself with delivery routes, use navigation tools, and optimize routes to ensure efficient deliveries.

  6. Cash Handling: Collect payment for cash-on-delivery orders, accurately handle cash, and maintain receipts for reconciliation.

  7. Adherence to Regulations: Follow all traffic laws and restaurant policies, including food safety regulations, and wear the provided uniform at all times.

  8. Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all deliveries, including delivery times, addresses, and customer information.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • A reliable and well-maintained vehicle with insurance.
  • Good knowledge of Dublin city streets and neighborhoods.
