As a self-employed delivery driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers or businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include picking up items from restaurants, stores, or other locations and delivering them to specified destinations. Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle (car, van, bike, or motorcycle) to transport goods to designated locations.

Plan routes efficiently to minimise travel time and fuel consumption. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe driving practices at all times.

Goods Handling: Carefully load and unload goods, ensuring their safety and integrity during transit. Verify the accuracy of deliveries by matching them to order forms or invoices. Handle fragile or perishable items with extra care.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and respectful during interactions with customers. Address customer inquiries or concerns courteously and promptly.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the regular maintenance and cleanliness of your delivery vehicle.

Time Management: Manage your schedule efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. Communicate any delays or issues that may affect delivery times to customers or dispatch.

Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) if required. Practise safe driving habits and report any accidents or incidents immediately.

Self-Employment Responsibilities: Maintain your own vehicle or equipment and cover related expenses. Manage your finances, including tracking income, expenses, and taxes. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to self-employment and delivery services.


Valid driver’s licence.

Reliable and properly maintained vehicle.

Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Soft Play Area Manager

Located in the historic West Wycombe Estate, our walled garden café has seen an influx of over 20,000 visitors since its opening last summer. We pride ourselves on championing local food sourced from top ingredients and sustainable suppliers. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to manage Clara's Corner, ensuring the welfare and safety of kids, smooth integration between the café and soft play operations, and delivering a memorable experience to our visitors. 

Key Responsibilities: 


1. Management & Supervision 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Clara's Corner. 

• Maintain strong communication between the café and soft play area, ensuring timely order deliveries. 

• Handle online and in-person inquiries regarding Clara's Corner. 


2. Children's Welfare & Safety 

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children using the soft play area. • Stay updated with any health and safety regulations and implement necessary changes. 


3. Customer Service 

• Engage with parents and guardians, both in-person and via email, answering questions and addressing concerns. 

• Manage online bookings, ensuring seamless coordination for visitors. • Host events and private parties, ensuring every event is special and well executed. 

• Welcome groups, children, and their parents, orienting them with the 'house rules' and facilities. 


4. Administrative Tasks 

• Manage the cleaning rota, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

• Handle emails and phone calls with efficiency and professionalism.

5. Team Leadership 

• Show strong leadership skills, leading by example and mentoring any subordinate staff. 

• Hit Deadlines

• Works well under pressure, encourages and teaches with clear direction, is a good influencer, is motivational and hard working. 


Desirable Qualities:
