Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Delivery Logistics:
  • Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize routes and ensure efficient delivery processes.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery statuses and potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products/services meet established standards before delivery.
  • Address and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may impact the delivery timeline.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to find creative solutions to delivery-related issues.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by meeting delivery commitments and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries related to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for scheduling and tracking deliveries.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
