Description

Hispania is a group of high-end Spanish restaurants located in London and Brussels. We are currently looking for a Head Waiter/Supervisor to join our team. Under the supervision of our Michelin-starred chef, Marcos Morán, our menus are based on traditional Spanish recipes and rated among the best Spanish culinary offers. Our flagship restaurant located in London has a total surface of 15,000 sq. feet. Internationally renowned Spanish interior designer Lorenzo Castillo created the elegant space where Hispania sits and that has become one of the most coveted culinary spaces in the City of London.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience working in a similar restaurant as a Head Waiter or Supervisor
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and Spanish products such as cheeses, meats, oils and wines
  • Fluent in spanish
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Enthusiastic and looking to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants
  • Hard worker and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
