  7. Adherence to Regulations: Follow all traffic laws and adhere to Meatpacker’s policies, including food safety guidelines. Maintain the provided uniform at all times.
  8. Detailed Records: Keep accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, addresses, and customer details.

We are looking for a service-focused and knowledgeable Chef De Partie to join our team at Bovinity!

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a kitchen and be able to work in a fast paced environment. The focus of the role is to work directly under the sous & amp; head chef to prepare food for cooking.

Job description:

  • Take orders from the sous chef on what food is being worked on for dinner/lunch service.
  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including peeling, chopping, cutting, and grating ingredients as needed.
  • Assist with the cooking of food during service.
  • Use various kitchen tools such as knives, peelers, mallets, and ovens/hobs to prepare food.
  • Keep the kitchen and work area in a clean and sanitary condition, following food safety guidelines.
  • Keep on top of orders and food prep, ensuring seamless meal delivery to the diners.
  • Ensure leftover food is properly stored and dated in the correct area.
  • Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.
