Tom Bilborough

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Tom began his career in London at a young age, jumping straight into the IT and SaaS world. Starting at the bottom for inside-sales, he hit the ground running and soon became a valued employee for Alternative Networks Plc due to his knowledge of the service and product. Fast forward a few years, Tom was headhunted by a tech start-up to join the sales team. YouWrk was born when Tom decided that he wanted to tackle the recruitment industry in the UK and make it more accessible for everyone. His aim for YouWrk is to completely disrupt the recruitment industry by streamlining Employers' access to the best possible candidates in their local area.

George Beeby

DIRECTOR

With over a decade in hospitality and technology, George has partnered with huge brands such as Just Eat, Deliveroo, Flipdish and Krispy Kreme, crafting transformative solutions. From reshaping food delivery to fusing culinary mastery with digital innovation, he's amplified brands' reach while retaining their essence. Skilled at turning complicated ideas into clear plans, George brings together teams from different areas, showing practical innovation.

Gary Kavanagh

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Gary brings a wealth of experience in both hospitality and retail. With a background in account management and supervisory roles, Gary plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all businesses under his care receive top-notch service. His extensive experience equips him with a keen understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by businesses in these sectors. At YouWrk, Gary is dedicated to providing comprehensive support, leveraging his expertise to ensure that every client receives tailored solutions and outstanding service.

Aidan Jackson

MARKETING CONSULTANT

Aidan has 30 years' experience working in agency and in-house roles throughout the UK and internationally for a wide range of B2B and consumer companies. Most recently, Aidan was group marketing director for the UK's leading home improvement component distributor, PWS. Aidan specialises in brand development and marketing communications strategies.

Chris Ingram

NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Chris has over 30 years in manufacturing building several successful businesses. He co-founded YM Group Ltd which through a merger and acquisition strategy became one of the largest printing businesses in the UK with sales in excess of £100M. He sold the company in 2015 and since then has been investing and working in a wide range of businesses including property construction, fledgling technology companies, the renewable sector and the third sector.
